Our weekly meets are broken into three programs comprising different combinations of events for each age group. Over the course of the three programs each athlete will compete in each event at least once. There are a few repeats such as the long jump and 100 metre sprint but most events occur only once in the three week rotation. As athletes progress through the age groups they do compete in more events each week.
In addition to our programs below we are a trial club for the ON TRACK program in 2018-19. This program is being delivered each week to our Under 6 and Under 7 age groups.
